Master Artist Programs, LLC (hereinafter referred to as MAP) is committed to protecting the privacy of our online visitors. The terms of this privacy policy govern all online interactions with www.kurtwenner.com and its subdomains (“Websites”), and a link to this policy is included in the footer of every page of the blog. Your use of the Websites or communication with MAP by email constitutes your agreement to the terms of this privacy policy.

We use the information you provide to update the Websites so that we can better meet your needs, fulfill your online order, facilitate customer service, and, if you so choose, inform you of MAP’s products and promotional offers.

What personal information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

When ordering on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

When you send gift certificates and products MAP may collect the information you provide about those people such as name, mailing address, email address and phone number.

When You Shop in the Store

The Store will ask you to provide personal information necessary to fulfill your online order, which may include your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, and credit card number. This is the same information requested when you place an order by telephone or through the mail. For online orders we also require your email address so that you can receive order and shipping related emails, and so that we can communicate with you if we have difficulty processing your order or request.

When you make a purchase, your credit card information will be stored temporarily on a secure server, and we will retain the personal information you provided with your order for our records, to facilitate customer service, and to inform you of our products and promotional offers. If you are a registered customer with the MAP store, your credit card information may be saved for the next time you shop with us, or you may select “Please do not save my payment details” on the Order Review page to opt out of this feature.

When You Complete a Survey

MAP occasionally asks for feedback and publishes surveys on the Websites or through a reputable third-party service provider. Your participation in these surveys is on a voluntary and anonymous basis, unless otherwise specified. We use the survey responses to improve our understanding of what our visitors would most like to see offered and to determine how best to serve your needs.

Information collected in these surveys is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Blogs

We welcome your participation on our blogs. An email address is required to post comments. We will not share these email addresses with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.  If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

We do not keep your critical private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) on our own servers.

MAP makes it easy for you to keep your personal information accurate, complete and up to date. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Returns Policy

Refunds for purchases may be made within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the item by contacting us. Artwork must be returned unmodified, in original packaging, insured for the full value, and with delivery confirmation or tracking. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs; if item was delivered with free shipping, our shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
